What you’ll need (1 serve)
- 1 x bontini Peach Lime Mocktail Bomb (15 g)
- 120 to 150 mL chilled sparkling water (to dissolve)
- 1 to 1½ cups crushed ice 🧊
- Extra sparkling water to top up
- Optional: thin peach slices (garnish) 🍑
Method
- Dissolve first: In a small jug, add the bomb and pour over 120 to 150 mL sparkling water. Let it fizz and fully dissolve. 🫧
- Crushed ice: Fill a glass right to the top with crushed ice. 🧊
- Pour and stir: Pour the dissolved mix over the ice and stir until it turns slushy.
- Top with fizz: Add a small splash of sparkling water over the top for a fresh lift. 🫧
- Finish: Garnish with peach, serve immediately.
