Frozen margarita vibes without a blender. Crushed ice makes it slushy, and the mango flavour pops when it’s super cold.
What you’ll need (1 serve)
- 1 x bontini Mango Margarita Mocktail Bomb (15 g)
- 120 to 150 mL chilled sparkling water (to dissolve)
- 1 to 1½ cups crushed ice 🧊
- Extra sparkling water to top up
- Lime wedge
- Optional: tajín style seasoning or chilli salt on the rim 🧂🌶️
Method
- Rim (optional): Lime the rim and dip into chilli salt or tajín style seasoning. 🧂
- Dissolve first: In a small jug, add the bomb and pour over 120 to 150 mL sparkling water. Let it fully fizz and dissolve. 🫧
- Crushed ice: Fill a glass to the top with crushed ice. 🧊
- Pour and stir: Pour the dissolved mix over the ice and stir until it turns slushy.
- Top with fizz: Add a small splash of sparkling water, squeeze lime, serve straight away. 🍋🫧
